John Konyesni has over 15 years of staffing and project consulting experience. John's career started within the manufacturing industry and over the past decade has primarily been involved in the energy sector. Throughout his career, John has lead, managed and developed sales and recruiting teams who have supported the United States Energy Market. John is responsible for managing the overall growth and direction of GoldCoast Search Group. John holds a Bachelor's from Ohio University.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of GoldCoast Search Group, Alex leads a national consulting firm that specializes in the placement of project based consultants and permanent employees within various industries and functions throughout the United States. With over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Alex has developed a deep expertise in corporate strategy, human capital, and recruiting, and a strong network of clients and candidates across the country. His mission is to provide high-quality, customized, and cost-effective recruitment services to meet the diverse needs and goals of our clients and candidates. Alex currently works with a talented team of search consultants and practice leaders who share my passion and vision for delivering excellence and value in every engagement. Together, we have successfully completed hundreds of placements and projects for leading companies in various sectors.

Sam Craciun has over 11 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and consulting services in the energy sector; including oil & gas, utilities, and renewables. Throughout the past decade he has led, managed and built recruitment teams nationwide. Sam is responsible for developing client relationships, recruiting and execution, and driving successful delivery to clientele. Sam holds a Bachelor's in Communication from Malone University.
